BodyCamp workouts can vary but generally include a fairly intense mix of strength training and cardio elements. Bodycamp workout incorporate endurance and military-style drills and hypertrophy moves.
In essence, BodyCamp is a type of interval training — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals training.
HYROX is a unique fitness exercise that combines running and functional fitness exercises to challenge participants' endurance, strength, and agility.
